Canada..... Dinner at Oscar and Shannon's

After lunch with Oscar, Chris and Clarence Casillan, we went for further city tour of Vancouver before going to Port Moody where Oscar and Shannon are staying.

Their home is really cosy. Shannon and Oscar cooked up a storm for us... literally! Read on..................

My dinner - BBQ Chicken, Avocado and Mango Salad and Potato with Parmesan Cheese - I really dig the salad!! Refreshing with a zing to it.... White wine vinegar, olive oil and sugar... with red onions, peas (I think) and salad leaves....

Ah-ha!!! 2 pieces of blackened chicken..... too engrossed with our visit (ah-hahaHahaha!), the last 2 pieces were forgotten thus, charred as you can see in this picture....

Best meal during this trip to Canada.... healthy and delicious! I miss homecooked meals!!!
